These terms cover your use of Zodiux at zodiux.io and its app. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Zodiux.

1. What Zodiux is — and isn't

Zodiux computes real astronomical positions and turns them into astrological readings for reflection and entertainment only. Nothing here is professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or any other important decisions. Astrology is not scientifically established to predict events or outcomes.

2. Eligibility

Zodiux is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under 18, use Zodiux only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Purchases and the Cusp+ launch draw have their own age requirements (see Sections 4 and 5).

3. The free tools

The birth-chart, compatibility, moon-sign and related calculators run in your browser and are provided free and "as is." Chart accuracy depends on the birth date, time and place you enter and on time-zone history; an unknown or approximate birth time produces a "solar" chart without houses or a rising sign. We compute positions from a real ephemeris (the open-source Astronomy Engine, MIT-licensed) but do not guarantee the results are error-free.

You may join the Cusp+ launch list by giving us your email address. We'll use it only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. The Cusp+ launch draw is a separate promotion governed by its own Official Rules — no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't: scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site beyond normal browsing; resell or redistribute our content or reports; attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; submit automated or fraudulent waitlist or purchase entries; or use Zodiux in any unlawful way. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Zodiux name, the written readings and corpus, the design, and the site code are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. You may view and share pages and share your own chart links and share cards for personal, non-commercial use. All other use requires our permission.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The free tier shows ads (Google AdSense) and some pages include affiliate links, which are disclosed where they appear. We may earn a commission on affiliate purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or content you reach through the site.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Zodiux is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodiux and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the site or any reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
