Privacy Policy

Short version: your birth chart is calculated entirely on your own device and is never sent to us. The only personal information we ever receive is an email address — and only if you choose to give us one by joining the Cusp+ waitlist.
1. Who we are
Zodiux ("we", "us") operates the website and app at zodiux.io and its Android app. You can reach us at hello@zodiux.io.
2. Your birth chart stays on your device
The birth-chart and compatibility calculators run in your browser. The date, time and place you enter are used by your device to compute the chart and are not transmitted to our servers. If you share a chart link, the birth details you entered are encoded into that link so the recipient can open the same chart — so only share links with people you trust.
3. Information we do receive
- Email address (optional). If you join the Cusp+ waitlist, we store the email address you submit so we can tell you when Cusp+ launches and run the launch draw. We use it for that purpose only. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Section 8).
- Standard server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data — IP address, browser/user-agent, approximate country and timestamps — to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse. These logs are short-lived.
- Local storage. We store a small flag in your browser (e.g. to remember that you already joined the waitlist). This stays on your device.
4. Advertising
Some pages display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and device or advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, and in some regions to personalize them. We do not control that data collection. You can learn more and manage your choices at Google's Ads & Privacy page and Ad Settings. The Cusp+ paid tier, when available, is ad-free.
5. Service providers we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and storage of waitlist emails.
- Google AdSense — advertising on the free tier.
- Resend — sending the waitlist confirmation email.
Each only receives the minimum needed to do its job.
6. We don't sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email for anything beyond the Cusp+ waitlist communications described above.
7. Children
Zodiux is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access or delete the email address you gave us by writing to hello@zodiux.io. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data; we honor valid requests under applicable law.
9. Changes
If we update this policy we will revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
