Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
This promotion ("Draw") is sponsored by [INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Sponsor"), [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS]. Questions: admin@zodiux.io.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and immediate family/household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The Draw begins on [START DATE, 12:00:01 a.m. ET] and ends on [END DATE, 11:59:59 p.m. ET] ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, join the Cusp+ launch list by submitting a valid email address at zodiux.io/cusp-plus/. Entry is by email sign-up only — no purchase, comment, tag, share, follow, or other social-media action is required or will improve your odds. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address; duplicate entries will be consolidated to one. Entries generated by script, bot, or that are incomplete are void.
5. Prize
One hundred (100) winners will each receive a Cusp+ membership pass good for ninety (90) days of free access ("Prize"). Approximate retail value (ARV) per Prize: [ARV, e.g. $12.51 based on the $4.17/mo annual rate]. Total ARV of all Prizes: [TOTAL ARV]. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor. At the end of the 90-day pass, the membership does not auto-renew and you will never be auto-charged; continuing is your active choice.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about August 12, 2026 (the day of the total solar eclipse), Sponsor will select one hundred (100) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within [X] days of the drawing. A potential winner who does not respond within [Y] days, or whose notification is undeliverable, may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting.
8. Privacy
Information you submit is collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We collect only the email address you provide.
9. Platform Release
This Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google LLC. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any of these platforms.
10. General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. This Draw is governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
